Reebok Classic Leather “World Cup

The Olympics may be the pinnacle of all sports together, but for the world’s sport, there is only one event–The World Cup. And to oblige everyone from the Hooligans to the casual fans, Reebok has released these Classic runners, paying tribute to two of the world’s greatest football teams–England and Brazil.The Brazilian shoes use a white leather base, but are complimented with a blue midsole and heel cup, as well as yellow accents throughout. Green works its wa onto the midsole as well. 5 gold stars appear over that blue heel area to pay tribute to the 5 World Cup championships Brazil has claimed in its team’s history. England presents a lone star on its completely white upper. Red is drawn from the English flag and used on the midsole. Both shoes also feature “11.6.2010″ on their tongue tags, which is representative of the June 11th start day for the tournament. Reebok Classic Leather – World Cu

Reebok Classic Leather â€" World Cu

The Reebok Classic is celebrating the World Cup in South Africa by way of a few special color up’s on its timeless design. Brazil is the next team to receive this fitting tribute.The shoe is done in textured leather with the countries colors appearing on the heel and midsole. A blue leather heel cap is balanced against a blue, yellow and green midsole while the lining is done in yellow also. The shoe also has golden accents by way of a starred heel, logo and lone eyelet. Already having caught the attention of several sneakerheads with the Re-Up Select, Reebok is also catering to the plethora of Soccer fans eagerly awaiting the start of the World Cup. Pictured here are two pairs of the Reebok Classic Leather. One pair pays homage to the English soccer team with a predominantly white leather upper and very slight red accents. The second pair commemorates the Brazilian soccer squad with a similar white leather upper but more accenting colors that match the team’s national flag. Introduced today at the membership discount retailer GILT MAN is the limited collection from ALIFE and Reebok. First introduced Spring 2009, the low-top Classic Leather Lux harks back to the original Reebok Classic Leather. Each embossed with familiar ALIFE logo in a collage format. The same feature is on the inner lining of the tongue. In addition, a cursive ALIFE logo embroiders along the heel. The collection encompassed 6 different color schemes â€" white, white with black speckle sole, red, black, black with black speckle sole and grey with black speckle sole.
