The Puma Sky II High is one of the original tall high tops. Here we see it in a newer colorway that uses purple, teal and black on an assortment of materials. When we talk about high top strapped sneakers, Puma Sky II normally comes first to our mind. Now, Puma has released a new colorway of Sky II High that you would find interesting. The shoe features a white leather upper along with multicolor accents. Teal lies on the shoe lace, tongue and heel. Purple color can be seen on the shoe lace panel and over the grey patent heel area. Patent leather puma stripe at the side panel is a mixture of purple and black gradient. The inner lining and a portion of the tongue tag are in yellow tone. If you checked out the Santoni x Mercedes SLS AMG Driving Shoes I posted a few days ago you may recall how I said I’m a big car guy, and like my driving/racing shoes just as much as I like my Jordans, Dunks and AF1’s. I’m sure we don’t have a large following of readers who are into racing or driving shoes, but after talking to some of you on Twitter I know there’s defiantly quite a few people out who are into F1, WRC and DTM. Racing shoes don’t exactly have the widest lane of supporters but design wise the models definitely have a distinctive look. The appeal lies in the sporty yet casual feel of the shoe and while its not considered the most active sport they mean as much to the game as high tops do to basketball.This Puma Speed Cat 2.9 was designed for the Red Bull Racing team and it bears the resemblance of the popular energy drink in color and logo. The bull and the cat both share the same space in alternating places on the shoes leather and plastic upper. If anything these look comfortable but if you are interested in them it may require a little legwork to get your hands on a pair. Puma Speed Cat 2.9 Red Bull Racing

If you are into racing, you may find racing or driving shoes as one of your obsessions. Such thing can make a good hobby though and since Puma has been producing one of the most reliable racing shoes, a special Red Bull F1 Racing Team edition of the Speed Cat 2.9 is now up. The sneaker features a Black leather base with cupping Blue material on the heel. It owns a Black nylon side panel and tongue with the Red Bull logo. Other logos such as the Puma Cat is found on the midsole forefoot while the Red Bull tab and graphics mount on the Blue area. Red accent comes along as strip on the midsole and few pairs of eyelets. The Puma Speed Cat 2.9 Red Bull Racing was complimented with a White sole and White shoe laces.
