Usain Bolt Visits PUMA Store Tomorr

You may think it is impossible to catch the fastest man on Earth; however, it will become easier than you think tomorrow. On September 26th, 2009 Olympic medalist Usain Bolt will make an appearance at the PUMA store in New York City.Bolt, the world’s fastest man, will be there to meet fans and sign autographs. Kicks On Court: Nike KD2 “Creamsi

Yesterday, we previewed the Nike KD2 “Creamsicle” in which many of you thought was a very fresh sneaker. Kevin Durant’s second signature sneaker has been kept under wraps as we have spotted him in the Nike KD1 throughout the 2009-2010 NBA season. However, Durant and the rest of his Thunder teammates debuted the KD2 last night against the Dallas Mavericks. Therefore, check out today’s Kicks On Court to see detailed photos of these sneakers.Although Dirk Nowitzki had a memorable performance in last night’s game, the KD2 “Creamsicles” stole the show…at least sneaker-wise. This particular KD2 features a mainly bright orange leather upper with minimal royal blue accents in the form of the Nike swoosh and other logos on the midfoot strap and heel panel. The story of the MY-23, in the words of its designer and longtime PUMA collaborator, Yasuhiro Mihara:“Here, it looks like a splash. You’re stepping through the water and have a splash on your shoes. The theme was ‘While people ran away from a zombie.’ At midnight, you see the horror movie on TV and people and screaming and sweating to run away. When you change the channel, at nighttime, you have the shopping channel, and there, people are exercising vigorously. So I got the inspiration from those two TV programs together. They are the theme of the design.” close
