Puma First Round Mesh / Red and Blu

Think you’ve seen this pair before? Well, you’re not entirely mistaken. Puma is releasing a remake or perhaps a rendition of their classic basketball shoes – Firs Round.For its 2010 release, Puma has added a few things here and there to up the design and make it distinctly different the from its predecessor. Puma added a mesh and nubuck upper as well as patent leather at the back. These new babies are going to be available in blue and red colorways come 2010. No definite date as of yet as to when exactly it will be out in the stores.A close

PUMA 2010 Spring R698 Mesh Pack

The PUMA originally released the R698 in the late 80 with its Trinomic shock design and has decided to bring the technology back to the shoe for the Spring 2010 silhouette.  Shown here in a aqua/black/white and a black/puple/white colorway, each shoe uses multiple mesh materials, suede paneling, leather, and the Trinomic shock technology. The combination of these resulting in a shoe that has a general sense of style and comfort. PUMA Spring 2010 R698 Mesh Pack

It’s been a while since we’ve seen PUMA release a pair of sneaker. Today we’re lucky enough to get a first look at the PUMA Spring 2010 Mesh Pack, which will include the R698 model. We really like what PUMA has done with these kicks as they kept it simple with the two-toned colorway. Although we feel the colors they used are tasteful we’re not a fan of the details they’ve included such as the suede paneling.As stated above, the R698 model is introduced to us in two, two-toned colorways such as black/blue and black/purple. Both colorways include a black mesh upper, along with colored accents found on the side-panel, heel, tongue, and mid-sole. Materials included on the sneakers are suede, mesh, leather, and the very well known, 3M detailing which we’re used to seeing from New Balance. No official release date as of yet but look for these to release at select PUMA Retailers in the next couple of weeks. close

Puma R698 Mesh Pack

The R698 new version of Puma for the Spring 2010 collection will be released soon on your favorite retailers. It would be available in two colorways where the most sought after shoe would use Trinomic technology for the Puma Mesh Pack. In addition with the traditional black color in suede and mesh materials, 3M reflective material pieces would also placed on the shoe to give massive appeal to the consumers.
