July SBs hit the shelves

There might be well over a week of June left but, true to form, the first batch of July’s SB general release shoes have arrived at UK retailers. Save for the Blazer, which comes in a familiar shade of green, simplicity is the key with the shoes on offer. The Bruin SB makes its first non-Supreme appearance in black/white and the Dunk Low matches the colourway. A third Janoski lightens things up in reed/stone.Brits, keep your eyes on your local shop over the coming days/weeks and those in the rest of the world, hang tight, these are on their way very soon. The story of the MY-23, in the words of its designer and longtime PUMA collaborator, Yasuhiro Mihara:“Here, it looks like a splash. You’re stepping through the water and have a splash on your shoes. The theme was ‘While people ran away from a zombie.’ At midnight, you see the horror movie on TV and people and screaming and sweating to run away. When you change the channel, at nighttime, you have the shopping channel, and there, people are exercising vigorously. So I got the inspiration from those two TV programs together. They are the theme of the design.” close

Puma x Sergio Rossie, Fall 2009 | C

Puma collaborates with Italian shoe designer Sergio Rossie in fashioning two specific silhouettes respectively based on the low-top “Clyde” and “First Round” high-top.  Both models are donned in black, white, blue, leather, and suede to create a consisten look throughout the two models. Puma x Sergio Rossi Mens Collection

Puma teamed up with designer Sergio Rossi for both a mens and womens collection for the Fall/Winter 2009/2010 line. We have a look at the mens releases today.The Puma x Sergio Rossi Mens Collection features two silhouettes, the First Round, and the Clyde. Both models are comprised of completely tonal dark colors, fitting for the winter months. Rossi made simple and subtle material changes on each by combining patent leather and suede.
