Nike Hyperize - Billy Hoyle - Air C

We already knew that the Billy Hoyle edition of the Nike Hyperize White Men Can’t Jump Pack was inspired by his Air Command Forces, but now we can see exactly how faithful a reproduction the new release will be.  In these side-by-side shots, it’s clear that Nike nailed the colour scheme, matching it tone for tone.  The only differences are that the original Command Force featured a yellow midsole with black speckles, whereas the Hyperize is solid yellow, plus the Hyperize’s Swooshes are outlined in yellow, whereas the original was just black.  Take a look at these and let us know if you think a retro for the Air Command Force is in order.  via SCRead the rest of Nike Hyperize - Billy Hoyle - Air Command Force Comparison© Sneaker News, 2009. |Permalink |5 comments |Add todel.icio.us close

Nike Sky Force High - Possible ‘T

Nike’s big-ups for Bo Jackson have extended beyond the Air Trainer retros and the new Nike Trainer 1.  We saw a crazy Blazer with ‘Tecmo Bo’ emblazoned upon the tongue tag, and this pair looks to be part of the same pack.  The Nike Sky Force High pictured above lacks ‘Tecmo Bo’ in Raiders garb, but keeps the silver and black and uses the Blazer’s pixelated side panels.  Ty of LDRS1354 reported that these are samples, so they might not release.  If they do, expect them alongside the Blazer and Air Trainer TW IIs.Read the rest of Nike Sky Force High - Possible ‘Tecmo Bo’ Sample© Sneaker News, 2009. |Permalink |No comment |Add todel.icio.us close

Nike Sportswear - Air Force 1 (AF1)

The start of the new week usually equals to new product arrive, including Nike Sportswear Flagship on 21 Mercer Street in New York.  The latest - Air Force 1 Jones Beach Edition.  Inspired by Long Island’s Jones Beach, 6.5 miles of coast line that is just an hour from New York City and a summer landmark for those in the region, the new Air Force 1 take in all of the beach’s beauty, from the cream colored sand to the grassy dunes around it.  Dominated by a canvas upper in the same cream colored tone as the beach sand.  Twill-like texture signifies the grainy consistency of the sand itself.  A leather side panel is embossed with images of picket fences and grassy dunes that dotted around the beach.  Silhouette of the iconic 231-foot Jones Beach Water Tower is imprinted on the tongue.  In addition, the coordinates, in longitude and latitude are etched on the rear tab of the shoe.  Finally, everything is build on top of a transparent light blue sole feature the outline of Long Island as a whole.Nike Sportswear - 21 Mercer21 Mercer Street | MapNew York, NY 10013> Nike> Nike Sportswear> Nike - Air Force 1 (1WORLD)> New York State Parks - Jones Beach State close

Nike Air Force 1 Premium - Jones Be

By now, you’re probably well aware of the Jones Beach edition of the Air Force 1 that made a lot of news a few weeks back. The shoe is constructed from a combination of high-quality materials with some nice touches of Jones Beach flavor like the shape of Long Island on the insoles and outsoles. Originally released in limited quantities to select spots in Long Island, the kicks have just hit NYC with a recent shipment that arrived at the Nike Sportswear 21 Mercer store. As with the first batch that dropped, these will no doubt go quick, so if you’re in the area, it might be worth your while to check if they’ve got any left. Nike Fall 2009 Air Force 1 â€Å"F

Nike gives us a first look at their Fall 2009 Collection which will be consisting of their new “Fish Scale Print� Pack. The pack features three colors such as yellow, blue, and red, each which is accented with a metallic silver fish scale print on the upper. The sneaker is overall simple, excluding the fish scale. To finish off the sneaker you can find a white Nike swoosh, along with white laces. More pictures available after the jump. close
