At the beginning of this month, we informed you of two new colorways of the Air Max Swingman Remix that released on Nike’s online store. Although many of you were ecstatic about the retro releases of the Nike Air Griffey Max 1, you were not too enthused about the recent Air Max Swingman Remix colorways. However, we have now spotted yet another colorway that may capture your interest.While the two aforementioned Swingman Remix colorways seemed to be inspired by the Air Jordan 11, this particular colorway contains its own basic non-inspired style. It simply owns a predominately black base with minimal white details throughout the upper. As for the texture makeup, this shoe features a predominately ballistic mesh upper with a patent leather strip surrounding the base at the bottom. Available now at LTD. Nike Air Max Griffey Swingman Remix

While it may not have caused the same kind of buzz as the Air Griffey Max 1 Retro, the Air Max Swingman Remix definitely made some noise of its own with the recent colorways that have dropped. After releasing the Jackie Robinson edition back in the spring, Nike dropped two simple colorways in late July that had a certain Air Jordan XI feel to them. Now a new version has emerged that also sticks to a simple approach, using a Black suede upper with sections of mesh and a patent leather mudguard. The only accents come by way of some simple touches of White, as well as a section of carbon fiber on the heel and a Chrome Swingman logo. All three Griffey colorways that came out this year were runaway hits (no pun). The Air Max Swingman is also in the Griffey line, and two previous editions of the remixed edition seemed to feel like loose interpretations of the storied Jordan XI with patent toes and uppers. This version of the Swingman Remix may have a similar outline and lacelocks to the XI, but the arrangement of colors is much different this time around. The majority of this shoe is black, with white on the sole, heel, and swoosh. The heel also features a swingman logo embroidered onto a jagged black and white, almost pixilated diagonal stripe pattern.
