Nike Air Zoom Brave III Preview

With all the hoopla surrounding the Hyperdunk and its offspring, the Hyperize and Hypermax, some other Nike Basketball models tend to get lost in the mix. The Zoom Air Brave III is an interesting new offering that warrants a closer look. While it doesn’t appear to be based on an older model, the shoe definitely seems to have a late 90’s look, which for some will be vey welcome. Aside from the retro look, the shoe features some new technology like Zoom Air and Lunar materials. For starters, the Air Zoom Brave III will be available in three colorways, all using a white base with different accent colors. Nike Air Zoom Brave III Preview

Nike likes to sneak new models in under that radar of exclusives only sneaker heads. They also like to introduce new materials in the process. The current model in question is the Nike Zoom Air Brave III. The basketball shoe that reads like a cross trainer hosts an all white leather upper with 1 tone solid accenting. Nike P-Rod x Tinker x Jordan - Zoom

While growing up in San Fernando Valley, Paul Rodriguez (P-Rod) would take his skateboard to the loading dock at his local Albertsons supermarket and practice tricks. Fast forward a handful of years and Paul Rodriguez was blessed with a signature shoe from Nike SB. Then, the greatest designer to ever blueprint a bubble decided to put his own hands on the first Nike P-Rod. Sir Tinker Hatfield is the architect and designer who fused elements of the first P-Rod sneakers with cement print and the Air Jordan logo. Hatfield’s creation is known today as the Tinker-Rod. Pictured here is a rare sample of the sneakers with the Albersons supermarket logo etched in the toe-box. We heard a rumor that there was a sample made in P-Rod’s size with the Albersons logo, but had never seen a photo (until today). These sneakers are currently for sale on the ‘bay! Nike SB - Zoom Air Paul Rodriguez I

Nike SB has launched the newest signature shoe from arguably the world’s top skater, Paul Rodriguez, the Nike SB Zoom Air P.Rod III and to celebrate the release of P.Rod’s third signature shoe from Nike SB, a commercial/video was filmed to honor the city in which Paul grew up in, Los Angeles, with a little bit of help from another one of LA’s very own, Ice Cube, and his song “It Was A Good Day”. This has got to be one of the best skate commercials ever filmed and produced.
