Halloween season has become synonymous with Nike Air Force One Halloween releases among sneakerheads for a number of years now. This October, Nike is preparing us with an Air Force One that might one day find its way on to the list of best Halloween sneaker releases itself. Instead of the patent leather material used on the last couple of Halloween Air Force’s, this season’s Halloween release will be made up of mostly orange colored “pony hair� material on the upper and midsole with what looks like a brown or bubble gum sole. Moreover, on the heel of the shoe is written “Savage Beast-� perhaps drawing inspiration from the Gossamer’s evil character on the classic Bugs Bunny cartoon show. DJ Clark Kent x Nike Air Force 25 L

Nike Air Force 1 Low Quickstrike Ha

The “Savage Beastâ€� Air Force 1 from Nikeâ€â„¢s string of Halloween releases. Playing off the “beastâ€� theme, the kicks feature a full pony hair upper and midsoles combined with a nicely accented beige canvas swoosh and heel tab with Red “Savage Beastâ€� embroidery. Nike x DJ Clark Kent - Air Force 1

In part because his wanted his fans to get the most bang for the buck, and of course, to up the ante on Eddie Cruz’s Air Force 1, our friend DJ Clark Kent outlined his very own Nike AF1 design to incorporate 3 leather elements, all in deep earth-tone hues (references of the season).   Start off with a ostrich-print leather as the heel panel, followed by a mid-panel in suede, and finished with rich burgundy full-grain toe guard.  Added accents include eyelets, heel tab, and the ubiquitous Nike Swoosh, all in burgundy colorway as well. Then finally, a toe box in abrasion resistance mesh. DJ Clark Kent shows us his design aesthetic on these AF1’s, showcasing three different leather materials as well as a whole spread of earth tones. Everything from ostritch to suede is seen here, as well as a full grain on the toe. A bit of red is thrown into the mix with the burgundy Swoosh as well as a bit of mesh on the toe box.
