Nike Trainer 1 Mid + Air Zoom Brave

Last night, we gave you a sneak peek inside the new Nike Harajuku flagship store, and to celebrate this weekend’s opening, Nike will be dropping two new player exclusive models inspired by two of Japan’s most revered athletes. Phenom pitcher, Yu Darvish, has been on the radars of Major League Baseball scouts for quite a while and will likely wind up in the U.S. very soon, but before he leaves, Nike is honoring him with his very own Trainer 1 Mid PE in a combination of white, silver, royal and yellow. The athlete that inspired the other new PE may not be a household name to you, but point guard Yuta Tabuse is known as the Japanese Jordan, and was actually the first Japanese-born NBA player when he made his debut for the Phoenix Suns in 2004. The Yuta Tabuse PE comes in the form of a flashy metallic gold Zoom Brave III with some cool multi-colored laces. Nike Blazer Mid 73 - All Court Prem

Here’s a look at another interesting twist on the Nike Blazer. This Blazer Mid 73 All Court Premium edition boasts some interesting touches not usually seen on the model. Aside from using premium materials like the reptile-looking Black upper, these kicks also sport a mesh tongue, metal eyelet rings and most noticeably, a thick Black rubber toecap. The shoe also features Tour Yellow accents on the midsole stripe, tongue label and speckled laces. The look of this Blazer is then finished off by a Black suede Swoosh, Grey midsole and banana graphics on the ankle section of both heels. There is nothing official on a release at the moment, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted. Nike WMNS Air Max 1 & Blazer Mid Pr

Nike once again created two sneakers for the ladies, the Air Max 1 and the Blazer Mid Premium which are made of perforated leather, woven nylon, patent leather and suede. Nike Air Trainer III - Medicine Bal

Nike Air Trainer III - Transformers

Back in 2007, Nike created a Transformers edition of the Air Trainer III to coincide with the release of the first live-action movie, and while the shoe was relatively well-received, this sample version would have made them so much more legit. To the casual glance, this look-see sample is not all that different from the version that was released, but a closer look reveals one glaring difference. Apparently, when the shoe was originally designed, it featured a large Autobots logo on the tongue of the right shoe. Due to legal matters, Nike was forced to remove the logo before the shoe was released, but now this sample has surfaced to show us all what we missed out on. The good news is that if you are a size 9 and you’re ready to drop some dough on them, this sample pair is available now on eBay.
