Eddie Cruz x Nike Dunk High Supreme

Never let it be said that Eddie Cruz isn’t loyal to his city. Eddie has been putting his Los Angeles pride front and center when designing his offerings to Nike’s East vs West Rivals Pack. We have already seen his Lakers Air Force 1 Low dipped in some Purple and Gold and a Dodgers Dunk High sporting a Royal Blue/Red color scheme and now, since L.A. is currently without a professional football team, Cruz has decided to rep for one of the nation’s premier college football programs. This Dunk High Supreme has been dipped in the Crimson and Gold of the USC Trojans, with the scale-like material found on some of his other creations providing some extra flavor on this pair. A Grey midsole and crisp White laces finish off the look, making this Dunk another eagerly awaited release from the East vs West series. Eddie Cruz x Nike Dunk High Supreme

Having already taken a look at the LA Lakers inspired Air Force 1 and the LA Dodgers inspired Air Force 1, both designed by Eddie Cruz from Undefeated for the Nike Rivals Pack, we now take a look at a third design put together by Eddie. Switching it up from the AF1’s Eddie Cruz laid down his design talents on a Nike Dunk High Supreme using a a team red and metallic cold colorway inspired by the USC Trojans. If you recall, back in April we caught a preview of these in a solo shot provided by Eddie. Seen on parts of the upper is fish scale like paneling which is a feature we saw on the LA Dodgers AF1 designed by Eddie. Eddie Cruz x Nike Dunk High Supreme

Eddie Cruz has consistently shown L.A love, especially over the last few months with his collab sneaker releases. Having done a Laker inspired pair, he is back to do something for the football fans, drawing inspiration from none other than USC. This Dunk High Supreme features the infamous Crimson and Gold colorway, made famous by the USC Trojans. The kicks also get some texture with the scale like material used, matched with a Grey midsole and White laces. close

Eddie Cruz x Nike Dunk High Supreme

Another entry to the rival pack is this Nike Dunk High fro Eddie Cruz, whose LA-centric models include a Lakers-themed Air Force 1 and a Dodger Blue and Red Dunk High, has what looks to be a USC colorway on this dunk high. Like the blue Dunk High, this model includes smooth leather on the upper and a tonal suede leather with flecks of what looks to be an animal styled pattern. The striated pattern appears to be reflective, a nice counterpoint to a gold swoosh and heel tab. The tongue tab has a varsity letter-styled “WESTâ€� on the nylon red tongue. In yet another homage to LA, Cruz keeps the heat coming, so let’s see what Clark Kent counters with for the “Eastâ€� answer to this Dunk. Sample size 9s of this model are available on ebay.
