Nike Air Max 90 Premium CT - Black

The Nike Air Max 90 Current was very well-received and for good reason. The shoe combines the classic look of the Air Max 90 with some of Nike’s new innovations to give the shoe an updated construction for better function. The Air Max 90 CT is coming back for more with a new batch of premium colorways. The first to drop will be this Black/University Blue version that uses a combination of ostrich and premium leather combined with sections of mesh on the toe box and around the ankle. For those of you who remember, Sneaker News first broke news of the Air Max 90 Infrared Premium which featured similar materials last July, and we also recently reported on a scrapped Air Max 90 Neon Premium sample on ebay. It looks like Nike will continue to use this material scheme this fall. Nike Sportswear x Benedict Radcliff

Having worked in interior and furniture design gave U.K. artist/designer Benedict Radcliffe an appreciation on the mechanic of objects. Nike Sportswear x Benedict Radcliff

Benedict Radcliffe x Nike Sportswea

Two weeks ago, we gave you preliminary information and photos of the Dizzee Rascal x Nike Sportswear Air Max 90 “Tongue N Cheek” which released this past Friday. As part of the launch of that sneaker, Nike Sportswear has called upon the efforts of UK artist/designer Benedict Radcliffe to create a one-of-a-kind project.Benedict Radcliffe, who has a great appreciation of mechanic objects, designed a wire frame sculpture of the Nike Air Max 1 silhouette. This creation is comprised of bendable, galvanized aluminum pipes and extends 11.4 feet! The blue sculpture design is currently stationed at Nike Sportswear 1948.
