When the Nike Air Trainer 1 dropped earlier this year, a lot of us we surprised not to see the model fitted with a strap, a defining attribute of the shoe it was inspired by. However, the sneaker’s latest revamping has lead to the creation of the Nike Trainer 1.2 Mid, a model in which the absent forefoot strap has returned. Retaining its predecessor’s flywire upper, diamond grooved outsole, and heel panel, the biggest change made is the addition of the strap, an effort to provide that authentic Air Trainer fit. Nike Air Trainer 1.2 Mid â€" Fall 2

As part of their 2010 Collection Nike will be introducing a revamped version of the Nike Air Trainer 1 released earlier this year known as the Air Trainer 1.2 Mid. The major difference on the Air Trainer 1.2 Mid is the addition of the forefoot strap which is an iconic element when it comes to the Air Trainer series. Besides for the the other differences are minor, such as a few adjustments in how the paneling on the upper is laid out.No official release date has been announced at this time but according to a post on NT the catalog scans provided were part of the Fall 2010 Collection. One of the latest revamps is shown here in several colorways, and has been dubbed the Nike Trainer 1.2 Mid. These still have some time before they hit the shelves of retailers but when the Air Trainer 1’s dropped some time ago it got nothing but good reviews. These are the Nike Trainer 1.2 Mid and as you can see Nike switched it up a little bit for these and have created a set of four different colorways to give you more options.These Nike Trainer 1.2 Mids feature a forefoot strap and a diamond grooved outsole. Also Nike didn’t forget to add the famous flywire on the upper of the sneaker to add a nice touch to the final design.
