Jordan Brand has decided to bring the popular grape colorway made famous by the Fresh Prince and his Jordan V’s, and put it on the Air Jordan Spizike. Nothing winterized about this shoe, just a full white leather upper with grape purple accents to ensure a hype release for next year’s spring season. Air Jordan Sixty Plus (60+) - Grape

The Air Jordan Sixty Plus is the newest hybrid fusion model from Jordan Brand and it was released earlier this year in a variety of colors, but now it seems that the colorway most people were excited about when images first leaked months ago, the “Grape� colorway, will finally be released in Asia next week. The Air Jordan Sixty Plus is a fusion of all of the shoes that MJ wore when he score 60 or more points in, hence the name, but the shoe that this hybrid looks like the most is probably the Air Jordan V, which explains some of the reasoning behind giving the Sixty Plus a classic Air Jordan V “Grape� colorway. Air Jordan Sixty Plus – Grape –

All the way back in April, we gave you a sneak preview of a crazy Grape version of the Air Jordan Sixty Plus, and now that we’ve seen a bunch of colorways drop, we started wondering what happened to these and whether or not they’d ever be released. Now, we finally get an update, and it looks like it’s just in time for the overseas drop. These beauties will be hitting Asia next week, so we can only hope that a U.S. release is planned for the near future. Say what you will about Jordan hybrids, but at least these get the Grape concept down much more than the upcoming Spiz’ikes that seem to have veered off the path somewhere. Air Jordan Spizâ€â„¢ike Grape - Whi

Looks like the Jordan White/Blue Perforated that we posted about a while back is actually the Jordan Spizike Grape.The confusion came in from  how drastically different they are from the sample we saw back in October and for better or for worse it looks like this is what we are getting. The major differences are the perforations and the color of the elephant print. The shoes also sport a lot more of the Varsity Purple aka Grape color. Overall these look great but its not official until the people speak so please let us know your opinion. Will you be copping or should they have left them as they were?
