For Burton’s very limited and exclusive Private Stock Project, the snowboarding label is gearing up for winter and the slopes with more collaborations. When the project was launched, Burton worked with politically courageous illustrator Ron English on a series of gear. IPATH x NJ Skateshop Fred Gall Mode

The NJ Skateshop has teamed up with IPATH for a very cool concept sneaker. Anybody who is familiar with the NJ Transit system will immediately recognize this colorway as it is a direct bite of them. The fresh near pastel look is given to a canvas upper with a vulcanized sole for this chukka like skate shoe with an ankle strap. The NJ embroidery on the heel just seals the deal. NJ Skateshop x IPath Fred Gall

IPath footwear has teamed up with NJ Skateshop for this limited edition Fred Gall sneaker for October.The colorway came straight from the NJ Transit system, using fuschia, tan, teal and orange. A special “NJ� logo appears near the heel, as well. The all-canvas construction uses a strap at the ankle for extra support when you’re skating, or just for style if you’re not one to shred.This a definitely a break from the traditional basketball and lifestyle shoes we cover, but the rise in the popularity for skate shoes is undeniable. Nike Blazer Low ND – Light Chocol

This coming winter, Nike will put out a nice Winter Pack featuring number of models including the Nike Blazer Low pictured above. The sneaker goes with the simplest of tonal brown palettes, adding a strip of fabric around the sole and a multicoloured patch that really pops from the heel tab.  While the insole might say “Maharam�, we have confirmed that these are not a collaboration with “Maharam“.
