IPATH Locust – Spring 2010

IPATH skate company has a treat for us today with a sweet preview of their Locust skate shoe. The IPATH Locust comes in two colorways: black/purple/blue and yellow/black/grey. These Mids follow a similar construction to that of a Nike Dunk Mid SB, but with IPATH’s logos in their rightful places.The first pair uses an all leather upper, while the other features a mix of black and yellow leather and grey suede at the toebox and side panel. Both use some simple white and black soles to finish off these durable skate shoes. Also, they come with stash pockets to keep that little something protected. IPATH x NJ Skateshop Fred Gall Mode

The NJ Skateshop has teamed up with IPATH for a very cool concept sneaker. Anybody who is familiar with the NJ Transit system will immediately recognize this colorway as it is a direct bite of them. The fresh near pastel look is given to a canvas upper with a vulcanized sole for this chukka like skate shoe with an ankle strap. The NJ embroidery on the heel just seals the deal. NJ Skateshop x IPath Fred Gall

IPath footwear has teamed up with NJ Skateshop for this limited edition Fred Gall sneaker for October.The colorway came straight from the NJ Transit system, using fuschia, tan, teal and orange. A special “NJ� logo appears near the heel, as well. The all-canvas construction uses a strap at the ankle for extra support when you’re skating, or just for style if you’re not one to shred.This a definitely a break from the traditional basketball and lifestyle shoes we cover, but the rise in the popularity for skate shoes is undeniable. IPATH Kenny Reed “All Weather�

IPATH is one of my favorite casual skate shoes, and everyone is most familiar with their Wallabee inspired boot that has been popular for years. Now they are releasing a limited edition Kenny Reed “All Weather� edition pro model. The sneakers have a sherpa lining which will keep your feet warm, with a matching complete grey suede upper. There is also a small amount of orange detailing with the branding and exposed stitching on the heel. The “All Weather� Kenny Reed will only be available on CCS on October 14th. via CtotheJL close
