Crooks & Castles x Vans Moda Hi & C

The other day we took a look at the Acapulco Gold x Vans Moda Hi and had mentioned they were part of an upcoming East vs West Pack which also included a pair of Vans designed by the Crooks & Castles team.As it turns out Crooks & Castles also designed the new Moda Hi, as well as the Chukka Boot. Both of the shoes consist of an 100% black base with the Moda Hi featuring EPI leather and quilted leather and the Chukka Boot sporting EPI leather. Crooks & Castles X Chi Modu - Chi M

Not just a photographer but also a cultural observer, Chi Modu was at the very beginning of the hip-hop movement and chronicled the global phenomenon all the way through to what it has grown into. Chi Modu began working at The Source in 1990 and captured images of countless artists in a raw, honest light.Starting this Thursday from September 10th and lasting for a month, Crooks & Castles will be hosting a Chi Modu Exhibition displaying the photographer’s artwork at their concept shop on Sunset Boulevard.
