VANS - Sk8 Hi California

The new Vans Sk8 Hi California puts a twist to the long selling model, Sk8 Hi. Wrapped in suede heel and toe sections over canvas uppers, this model features extra reinforcement material on the ankle. The top two lace holes have been replaced with an outdoor boot like rivetted metal lace holes. What looks like a wax coated laces replace the traditional laces and the whole sneaker is contrasted with clean all white mid soles. There are additional decorative lines on the mid sole where it would usually be flat. These models come in black or red colorways and is currently available at all good select stores. Taking que from the Hot Lave Nike Air Tech Challenge comes this Nike Air Force 1 Low Premium ‘08. Featuring a combination of leather and patent leather the Air Force Ones uses the popular splatter pattern which became popular on the Tech Challenge. The tongue tag on the AF1, which we dont have clear pictures of at this time, appears to be hot red which fades to black.If you head on over to Kix-Files now you can pre-order this Nike Air Force 1 Low Premium 08. Kanye West 808 & Heartbreaks Custom

Im a huge Kanye West, and even though i am a little on these i just had to share this with you guys. Last year, both Mache Custom Kicks and EmmanueLabor created custom kicks to follow the release of Kanye West’s Graduation. With Emmanuel’s niche being working with fabrics and other textiles, and Mache being known for his painting, they did a play on the KAWS artwork that was included in the 808 & Heartbreaks digital release. When he found a perfect fabric he reconstructed the entire front of the shoe, and also sewed the heart onto the tongue. He then promptly shipped them off to Mache in order to complete the artwork you see on the heels, heeltabs and swooshes. close
