Converse - Auckland Racer - First S

Converse has recreated their Vintage Converse Auckland Racer model and given it a completely updated look via a new welded upper featuring reflective TPU and nylon mesh that is common in technical apparel pieces. Unfortunately these new Auckland Racer’s are a part of the Converse First String Collection, meaning they will be limited to a select number of retailers across the world. Converse Auckland Racer First Strin

Looks like the Converse brand is starting the new year off good with their re-creations of their Vintage Auckland Racer model. In the re-creation of this model they added a couple new features, to keep it up with the times, which include a new welded upper which features reflective TPU as well as nylon mesh.They also made the sneaker so that barely any stitching is visible to give the sneaker a nice clean look. These Converse Auckland Racers will be releasing in three different colorways and we will keep you posted as more information on these arise. The Converse Auckland Racer is being brought back to life for 2010 with a few futuristic updates. The low top runner looks to release in 3 new color ways.The white, blue or black shoe is set to be released in an upper constructed of reflective TPU and nylon mesh. The uppers are all one tonal color including laces, lining and tongue tags while the white mid/outsole. The welded uppers look to be lightweight and performance ready but what we are wondering is will they see a stateside release. Stay tuned. Converse Aucklund Racer – First S

Converse have taken an old school classic and given it a 2010 makeover, creating the Converse Aucklund Racer. This lightweight runner, the Aucklund Racer, comes in three clean colorways as part of the Converse First String Collection set for release this year. The Racer comes in silver, black, and teal, all sporting white midsoles to have a strictly two-toned shoe. Covered in reflective TPU and nylon mesh, this runner is certainly a top pick for casual everyday wear that has a stylish vintage touch. Nike RT1 Mist Blue/Metro Grey/Volta

Who would think that the latest pair of the Nike RT1 would come in a pale colorway? Others may think its a little bit dull but it appears to be one of the freshest releases for the season with the combination of Mist Blue, Metro Grey and Voltage Yellow. The upper which is mostly of Mist Blue has been given life by the Voltage Yellow laces. The Swoosh comes in a Metro Grey that matches the toe area with Voltage Yellow stitching.
