With the recent resurgence of running as a sport, more and more enthusiasts have also gotten sneaker-conscious. Well, with these latest additions from adidas, it sure will end the dilemma. This colorful duo of a collection feature a combination of subtle and vibrant highlights with the neutral black to balance everything out.  One set has a combination of light brown,olive, and purple, while the other set features a black, green, and orange combination.With the addition of these two to the adidas ZX 95 Run Torsion pack, two other older pairs were dropped from the roster.  Both sets are now available in select adidas stores and retailers worldwide. close

Adidas ZX 8000 Retro - A Detailed L

Here we feature a retroed version of the original colorway in the Adidas ZX 8000. Fanatics will be happy to know that they are slated to return first to the Berlin O-Store next month in limited numbers and then as a general release across Europe in Spring 2010. They sport a nice aqua blue / yellow colorway which is bound to catch the attention of fanatics. close

adidas ZX 8000 Retro

Around this time last year, adidas unleashed its memorable, aZX Project Q-Y that many sneaker enthusiasts took a liking to. It features seven stylish colorways of the ZX 8000 model. While not releasing as many this year, adidas has decided to bring back the original colorway of the ZX 8000 during the spring of 2010.It possesses a predominately bright blue base with standout, yellow details on the adidas stripe logo (side panel), the toe area and inner lining. In addition, purple accents are seen on the side panels and tongue as well. As a branding tactic, the model name ZX 8000 is imprinted in black just below the collar. As for the release info, this retro will be a Europe-only release for 2010; yet, 50 pairs will be at select retailers in Berlin this November. Adidas ZX 8000 Preview

If you recall, this original colorway of the Adidas ZX 8000 was a part of our 15 Sneakers Weâ€â„¢re Most Thankful For Returning in ‘09. It has been stated that this classic will officially return in 2010; however, it has shown up at select retailers, such as End, for pre-order.Besides the second-to-none colorway this ZX 8000 possesses, it also owns a very high-tech makeup. Its suede/patent leather base is complimented with a torsion bar cushioning, a soft cell sole and a great heel structure support system. Adidas will also unleash a purple and powder grey ZX 8000 (shown here) along with its original colorway. Both are available now for pre-order at End.
