UNDFTD x adidas L.A. Trainer – Yo

We guessed that the Bodega x adidas Boston Super runner for adidas Consortium’s ‘Your City’ Collection was inspired by Beantown’s famous annual marathon.  With the Undefeated x adidas L.A. Trainer, it’s clear that the 23rd Summer Olympiad was the design muse.  Borrowing a red, white and navy blue colourway from the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympic Games, this revamped adidas Trainer from UNDFTD is a bold addition to the long line of collaborations between these two.  They’re dropping sometime between now and the end of the year, so stick with Sneaker News for updates.Read the rest of UNDFTD x adidas L.A. words & images_Nick DePaulaYesterday we brought you the new adidas Drop Top in white/black & black/black, and today we have a look at two more versions of the off-court hoops shoe that will begin releasing this August. In Medium Lead/Royal and Navy/Grey, these versions of the Drop Top take on more color and textures than yesterday’s more basic renditions. Made up of a semi-gloss synthetic rand, nubuck and faux croc skin, the Medium Lead version is set off by its white outsole and hits of royal blue. Along the Navy based version, you’ll find navy patent leather atop the two customizable midfoot straps, as well as a rich reptilian synthetic along the rand that encircles the entire shoe.
