NBA Feet: adidas TS Series Hallowee

Aside from the obvious (in some cases unavoidable) similarities in design that all basketball shoes are bound to share, adidas does a good job of pretty much never appearing to bite Nike’s steez, or anyone else’s for that matter.  Their bold use of Three Stripes on the side panels in recent years has been bolstered by dudes who can back it up like Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett. Count Tim-may amongst the group of adi-sponsored ballers who rocked a crazy Halloween edition of the adidas TS Commander this past weekend.  Much like the Nike Blazer released with lenticular holigram tarsals, these take the white-on-black stripe motif to its logical extreme, revealing white ‘bones’ beneath the black upper.  Peep Duncan’s Commanders with the X-Ray look, along with up-and-coming adidas NBA guys like Deshawn Stephensen (not giving up a game winner, for once), Aaron Afflalo and Brooke Lopez after the jump.  via KenluRead the rest of NBA Feet: adidas TS Series Halloween Edition© Sneaker News, 2009. |Permalink |No comment |Add todel.icio.us close

Adidas ZX Series – Synthetic Pack

Adidas is releasing its Synthetic Pack that consists of four ZX series in different interesting colorways. The ZX9000 has the eye-catching colorway, combination of aqua and purple plus orange stripes with purple lining and white midsole. The ZX700 is made up of 3 different shades of grey with orange accent on the stripes and heel. Then, we also have the ZX500 composed of grey and silver upper with turquoise stripes, heel and frontal midsole plus minimal orange accent. Lastly, the ZX800 which is a remarkable shoe also because of its dominant purple colorway with some yellow-orange and green accents around the shoe. Catch all these four new classic looks and colorful styles of Adidas ZX edition this Fall 2009. close

Adidas Valley Lo x Ransom - Rust

The Adidas and Toronto clothing store, Ransom team-up has resulted into a new collaborated Valley Lo sneaker. Specifically, the shoe features an 100% rust-colored ripstop upper with White eyelets and laces, sitting on a White rubber sole. Along the midsole is a Turquoise strip and on the tongue is a Brown Adidas/Ransom logo. The particular sneaker will hit the market sometime in Spring 2010.Share This close

Ransom x Adidas Valley Lo – Sprin

Here is a preview of the Ransom x Adidas Valley Lo which will be part of the Adidas 2010 Spring Collection. This shoe is dressed in red ripstop nylon upper and white rubber sole with turquoise lining on top. It also has a white shoe lace and brown Adidas-Ransom logo tag on the tongue.
