adidas Originals by Originals x WHI

From wild and crazy to straight up luxury the adidas Originals by Originals campaign has produced some very interesting looks and next in line is designer Hiroaki Shitano’s WHIZ Limited Superstar. The indie fashion brand’s creative director came with it on these 2 models by draping them with melton wool giving them a varsity jacket feel. For extra comfort he also lined them with a terry cloth like fabric. Pretty fresh right? Until these make it stateside lets hope English retailer End takes phone orders. Via End Clothing close

Adidas Originals Superstar Color Pa

Adidas has big plans this upcoming Fall for their classic Superstar silhouette. Here we feature the Adidas Originals Superstar Color Pack, which consists of two colorways in the timeless classic. They are both attention grabbing, as one sports a white / red / yellow / blue design, and the other features a black / red / green / yellow design. adidas Originals by Originals x WHI

adidas Originals geared up with three designers for the 60th Anniversary of its three-stripes, and amongst the three prominent designers selected is Kazuki Kuraishi — Adidas Creative Product Manager for Japan, and also better known for his moniker, Fragment Design. In the line up of products created for ObyO Kzk, Kuraishi’s collection with adidas Originals is a pair of Superstar 80’s created in collaboration with Japan’s WHIZ Limited. One of adidas’ favorite designs of all time, the Superstar, is reworked in a sophisticated all-over red and all-over black, topped with clean white shell toes and soles. For the first time, Taiwan’s only Nike Tier 0 and Nike-only retailer, PHANTACi, is bringing adidas into its collection. Though, PHANTACi is no stranger of mixing in some unusual retail strategies as we had just reported the retailer putting up items for auction on Yahoo! Kimo. Regardless, for those who are simply looking to add these Superstars to their closets, the shoes will limited release at PHANTACi this Saturday, October 3. adidas Originals - Superstar 2 - Se

Aside from the Stan Smith 2 edition showcased previously, the other part to the Seasons Greetings Pack from  adidas Originals is this Superstar 2 version. Carried over from its counterpart, the Superstar 2 features an all-suede upper complete with embellishments in metallic gold . However, it also severs as a contrast to the Stan Smith 2, with a mostly red color scheme highlighted by black adidas “3 stripes” and green interior accents. Applications of holiday motifs such as candy canes and poinsettia along the tongue and heel tab . In place of the usual model description, the words “Seasons Greetings” are etched along the side in gold. And finally, a Santa Claus variant of Toy2R Qee figure is included.
