David Beckham x James Bond x adidas

Beckham and Bond bring us 2 hot designs for the adidas O by O campaign with their ZV8000. We have seen the Blue version already but the shoe of interest this time are the yellow ones. Done up in yellow suede with an orange paneled underlay and a black sole these are bright as can be and if thats not glowing enough for you check the 3M detailing. adidas ZX8000 Retro Release

This past spring, the adidas team released a pair of ZX8000 to commemorate the Boston Marathon. Now, the adidas squad is prepping for another release of the ZX8000 model but with an original colorway: sky blue-navy blue/yellow. While this pair’s colorway may seem as a sort of inverse of the Boston Marathon pair, the pair we’re previewing for you now actually dons the same colorway the adidas ZX8000 came out in for the first time. However, the only catch is that these will release first in Berlin and then across Europe for a Spring 2010 campaign, with no signs of a stateside release. Therefore, you most likely will have to take a trip overseas or find an online retailer to provide you with these as soon as they can because, again, these will be extremely limited. Star Wars x adidas ZX8000 – Darth

Star Wars x adidas ZX8000 â€" Darth

This is the part of collecting that real sneaker enthusiasts live for, the packaging. The thing that can make or break a drop is how much attention is paid to the way the products are presented and it looks as if adidas kept this in mind while boxing their latest collaboration with Star Wars.The Darth Vaider ZX8000 was a unanimous favorite and here along with the packaging we get some very solid detail shots of the runner. It simply looks great and the tonal effect created by the mixing of black materials is complimented very well by the hits of red we find on the heel, outsole and laces. The US drop is still on its way but it looks as if you can get them in Italy right now. adidas Consortium - ZX8000 & Torsio

These two runners will be apart of an adidas Consortium package drop in the early months of 2010.  Featured in this post are the ZX8000 and Torision SP.Each model is covered in fine materials such as premium suede, Italian leather, technical nylon and hints of the always effervescent 3M. Also, both of the trainers borrow their colors from the adidas archives.
