55DSL x adidas Originals Nizza

adidas Originals and 55DSL have come together to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Diesel spin off brand.  The two brands have teamed up before on denim, but this time around they have teamed up on the adidas Nizza High.  The co-branded shoes feature the 55DSL logo on the ankle collar with “XV Years� stamped parallel to the three stripes.  Something else of interest for this pair is the 4 sets of laces that come with the sneaker. 55DSL x adidas Originals Nizza

adidas lends a hand to Diesel’s 55DSL anniversary celerbration which gives way to an all new colorway for the Nizza Hi. The shoe rocks the signature red, white and blue colorway that 55DSL is known for and is co-branded with their logo on the tongue and ankle. The XV YEARS on the side lets you know its been 15 fruitfull years while the canvas upper keeps it light. Great use of colorway here. Via Openers close

adidas Originals has worked with Diesel sub-brand, 55DSL, on this pair of classic Nizza sneakers. The adidas Originals x 55DSL Nizza’s come in a canvas upper with a traditional White, Red, and Blue color scheme that also happens to be the signature colors of the 55DSL brand. Some additional features of the shoe include the various colored laces that come packaged with the sneakers. Adidas Originals x 55DSL “XV/55â€

The Diesel brand has for some years now been growing in popularity- due in large part to a clothing line that includes sleek sneaker designs cool enough to rock at school or in the club. 55DSL is Diesel’s younger, lifestyle arm and plans to celebrate its own 15th anniversary in a huge way. 55DSL will be taking over 15 Diesel stores across the U.S. and selling different pieces from its fall/winter of 2009 men’s collection. Highlighting the 15-store hijacking is an Adidas Originals x 55DSL “XV/55″ sneaker. The XV/55 will become the very first shoe of the the 55DSL brand. Starting Tuesday, September 15th of this year, the 55DSL brand will hijack a Diesel store in a different city every day for fifteen days and make this XV/55 shoe available along with other products from its next collection. Cities include San Fracisco, L.A., Beantown, Chitown, ATL, Miami, Vegas, and- of course- NY. While released earlier in August in Japan via Openers, the much buzzed about and anticipated collaboration between adidas Originals and 55DSL, the XV/55, will be released in London at the 55DSL store in the trendy quarters of Newburgh. Based on the Nizza Hi and created to commemorate the 15th Anniversary of 55DSL, the kicks keep it retro and laid back in a classic, can-do-no-wrong, red, white and blue (also the signature colors of 55DSL).
